Health coaching is an individualized, multi-disciplinary service for people seeking to improve and support a healthier, balanced lifestyle. People use health coaching for many reasons:

How Do I Get Started?

Health Coaching sessions start with a review of the client’s Quality of Life Assessment Survey. In the initial consultation, objectives and goals are discussed to initiate the development of an effective plan of action and to answer any questions. Each session is 55 minutes.
